Customs and Preferences Around the World.

Aim: To help students develop basic abilities on information research and presentation of relevant findings related to customs and preferences around the world through means of   a multimedia presentation.

General instructions:

1- Students will be required to work individually.
2- Students will pick out a country from around the worlds so they can make a  bibliographical/webliographical//research to focus on 2 main parts to develop an oral presentation by using a multimedia tool (Power Point Presentation.)
3- The time available for every participant will be 3-5 minutes. 
4- in order to avoid repetition, students have present country to the teacher for approval before they start working on their presentation
5- Presentations will take place on Monday, November 4.

Love and Romance
a- Describe the dating customs in ___X________. What do couples usually do when going out? What places do they visit?
b- How do people search for their soul mates?
b- Narrate a true love story you have chosen from the internet sources.  Explain in detail how the story took place.
c- Talk about 2 common causes of couples to break up in that country. What advice would you proposed in order to avoid those causes?

Our Planet
a- Describe a natural place of any country. Describe the Geography of the area and what surrounds it. Mention the aspects that make it important.
b- Mention the main characteristics of the place: Its natural features, the building work (if any) and the benefits it provides to the visitors.
c- Present the class your predictions on how the area would be affected if people do not take good care of it.
